Name of the Post : Assistant Company Secretary
Age Limit : The candidate upper age limit should be 45 years as on 01/06/2017.
Educational Qualification : The candidate must have Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks from an accredited University / Institution. Graduation / Post Graduation in legal discipline is considered desirable.He/She should be associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries (ACS).
Experience : Minimum 10 years post qualification work experience in handling Regulatory & Compliance requirements of SEBI, NSE and  BSE of an entity listed in NSE or BSE with atleast 5 years valid experience,in Statutory Compliance, Secretarial Matters, Investor Relations etc OR in role of a Company Secretary. Relevant work experience with Scheduled Commercial Banks will be advantage.
CTC : The  average Cost to Company for a candidate selected to the role of Assistant Company Secretary comes to around 25 lakhs plus add-ons on an annual basis.
Period of Probation : One year.

Educational Qualification : The Candidates who completes/possess Post Graduation in any discipline with minimum  60%  marks, during academic year 2016-17 in regular mode from any recognized university or other institutions. Minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam, 60% marks for Plus 2 or equivalent exam and 60% marks for graduation. Should have cleared all papers of the qualifying examination as on the date of process conducted by the Bank.
Period of Probation : Two years.

Age Limit : The candidate upper age limit should be 24 years as on 01/06/2017.
Educational Qualification : The Candidates who completes/possess Graduation with minimum 55% marks for Science discipline and minimum 50% marks for other streams during academic year 2016-17 in regular mode from any recognized university or other institutions. Minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam & 60% marks for Plus 2 or equivalent exam. Should have cleared all papers of the qualifying examination as on the date of process conducted by the Bank.
Period of Probation : Six months.

Selection Procedure : Selection will be on the basis of Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection.
